Susan Rogge

Office Manager, Secretary

Susan joined the JGR team in March, 2020. In the last 37 years, she has had various positions as a receptionist, secretary and/or office manager.  Each position has helped her grow and teach her the intricacies of managing an office. She plays a critical and instrumental role in the support of the designers, draftsman, and architects and in keeping the office running smoothly.  She is a vital part of project administration from the production of project related documents to client correspondence, and construction contracts. Susan enjoys all things about an office environment, from answering the phones, greeting clients/contractors, to creating/updating letters and spreadsheets and all things in between.

  • Studied at Manhattan Area Vocational-Technical School in Office Education, Class of 1985
  • Thirty-seven years’ experience as Secretary/Office Manager
  • Leadership Training Certificate through Salina Regional Health Center
